Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Event Production Trainees who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the events industry. No heavy equipment licenses or advanced technical knowledge are required for this role, but some prior experience in event setups or related fields is an advantage. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career advancement and increased pay based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and dismantling event equipment, including sound systems, lighting, and truss structures.
• Provide support during event execution to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with the maintenance and care of equipment under supervision.
• Learn and assist with general event logistics and troubleshooting.
• Work flexible hours, including late nights and early mornings, depending on event schedules.

Minimum Requirements

• Some experience in event production, construction, or any hands-on role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and setting up equipment.
• Valid manual driver’s license (Heavy-T license will be an asset).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights.
