Event Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, service, and maintain event equipment, including sound systems, DMX-controlled lighting systems, and LED screens.
• Erect and dismantle truss structures and ensure their safe and efficient use.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to maintain high functionality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues during events and provide on-site support.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations, especially during event breakdowns at non-traditional hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event setups (sound, lighting, LED screens) and truss systems.
• Valid manual driver’s license. Heavy-T license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts for event breakdowns.
• A proactive, safety-conscious mindset and strong teamwork skills.
